About the Job
KeyLogic is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner. This professional position is an integral part of the successful business operations in our growing organization. The Human Resources Business Partner will report to the Executive Director of Human Resources.
Position Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Human Resources or Business
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR with a last 2+ years in an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist, or similar role, working closely with business leaders and teams.
- Experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Position Preferred:
· Masters degree: MSIR, HR, MPA, MBA or related field.
· HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations, including labor laws, compensation, benefits, and diversity/inclusion initiatives.
- Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and operational needs.
- Experience in providing strategic advice and guidance to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex employee relations issues with discretion, empathy, and fairness.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong consultative approach, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leadership in a positive and collaborative manner.

- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor HR team members and line managers in HR practices and policies.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, talent management programs, and organizational change strategies.
