Human Resources Business Partner

What you should know:
A day in the life:
- Support the Customer Success organization, providing guidance and consultation to managers and employees.
- Build strong relationships with managers to coach and advise them.
- Manage complex, specialized, and sensitive employee relations cases with objectivity and integrity.
- Support HR programs, including talent reviews and calibrations, engagement survey planning, and compensation reviews.
- Gather insights on the employee experience, summarize findings, and propose actions that strengthen our culture.
- Help analyze HR reports to inform strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
- Help create and facilitate training content to support organizational capability and impact.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- 3+ years strategic HR experience, preferably as an HRBP
- SHRM-CP certification highly desired
- In-depth knowledge of key employment laws and regulations
- Strong ability to analyze and leverage data to drive informed decision-making and strategic HR initiatives
- Experience leading and supporting full-cycle strategic HR initiatives
- Professional confidence with the ability to influence leadership, a strong problem solver, with curiosity and the ability to find gaps and diagnose problems
