JOB SUMMARY:
This position provides Human Resources services, implements Human Resources programs, and administers Human Resources policies in a specific client area. The role supports a Sr HR Business Partner or HR Director, and function as a partner to a client's management team and staff, develops an in-depth knowledge of the client's operations, and contributes to the short and long term goals and objectives of the organization, often by collaborating with the Human Resources Centers of Expertise. Exemplifies the Client mission, vision and ICARE values and acts in accordance with Client policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor's degree.
•Six years of HR Generalist or Business Partner experience, or an equivalent combination of experiences in one or more Center of Expertise, such as Employee Relations, Talent Management, Recruitment, or Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS.
•Demonstrated ability to influence, lead and manage projects in a heavily matrix environment.
•Exceptional presentation skills; strong written and verbal communication.
•Prior Change Management experience.
•Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
•Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality, and exercise independent judgment.
•Highly organized to effectively plan, track, evaluate and follow up on multiple priorities for multiple people.
•Sense of urgency around customer service to model behavior to others.
•Viewed by others as approachable, dependable and a self-starter.
•Ability to quickly grasp the essence of an issue or problem, and a curiosity to uncover facts.
•Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
•Sound business ethics and judgment, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
•Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization as required.
•Team player with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED:
•PHR, SPHR and/or Master's degree
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Develops, oversees, manages, and ensures delivery of Human Resources services and programs. Responsible for providing HR leadership for activities such as strategic staffing, employee relations consulting, talent management initiatives, organizational development initiatives, compensation planning and administration, change management, conflict management, equal opportunity/affirmative action, diversity and inclusion initiatives, leader consulting, HR communications.
2.Establishes relationships with all levels of the organization, including Senior Leaders and act as a primary point of contact to provide counsel and consultation services to achieve business objectives.
3.Responds to employee complaints and investigatory matters including but not limited to hotline complaint investigation initiation, compliance issues, background record hits, and general HR consults.
4.Collaborates with Centers of Expertise (Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience) and oversees project work connected to the client to ensure cohesive delivery of HR programs and services to the client.
5.Acts as an HR Liaison for delivery of HR programs, which includes presentation and facilitation of programs with large leader and employee groups as well as written communications.
6.Uses and requests data strategically to make decisions and confidently report on metrics for applicable client areas.
7.Initiates and/or owns departmental projects or special events as needs arise, coordinating HR team members, Centers of Expertise, Communications, Legal, and other departments as necessary.
8.Manages, coaches, and develops HR Parnter and HR Generalist team members.
9.Supports assigned monthly HR Pager rotation.
