HR Business Partner
The Lexicon HR Business Partner is the consummate professional who provides HR guidance, analyzes metrics, resolves employee relations issues, and works with management to improve work relationships and productivity. The HR Business Partner provides consultation throughout the business to formulate partnerships across the HR function, working to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. This role will be responsible for a diverse array of HR functions, related to the employee lifecycle, from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Consults with Leadership to provide HR guidance, policy interpretation, coaching, and partnership to resolve employee relations and drive engagement and performance.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Develop and analyze data to guide business leaders in planning and execution of people related strategies.
- Works closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations matters. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and other Leadership to ensure efficient and effective hiring, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with outside counsel as needed/required.
- Partners with HR Leadership on people-focused communication and implementation of initiatives and services.
- Ensure efficiency and data integrity in HCM in relation to business processes and reporting.
- Act as a successful, engaged change agent.
- Provides guidance and input on department restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning to support the business strategy.
- Identifies training needs for assigned regions and individual executive coaching needs.
- Partners with Legal Operations & Training to evaluate and monitor training programs to ensure success and effectiveness.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Required Education: bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
Minimum Years of Experience:
- Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible HR experience.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including but not limited to employee relations, organizational design, performance management, employment quality, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Proficient with Microsoft office and various HRIS/HCM
