About the Job
Yarzin Sella is hiring for an onsite Human Resources Business Partner at our Cambridge site to act as a trusted advisor to understand the business they support, and partner with leaders to contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a culture focused on respect, and business excellence. The ideal candidate will have a regular presence onsite and have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
This position is part of the corporate-Global HR team and is responsible for effectively executing HR strategies, programs, and policies in the day-to-day operations. This role requires an ambitious and experienced HR professional with a history of effectively implementing and managing HR programs while strengthening workplace culture, employee relations, and partnering with management teams. The ability to converse in Spanish is highly desirable
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Leadership Partnership:
- Guide and influence leaders through understanding and balancing the needs of the business, employees, and the company as a whole.
- Coach on effective ways to enhance team productivity and longevity.
- Organizational Development: Prepare and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices.
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboard and Conducts New Hire Orientation and employee training on HR policies and programs.
Employee Experience
- Launch initiatives that create a welcoming, inclusive, authentic, and diverse work environment such as rewards & recognition, engagement, and career development programs.
- Lead efforts to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, aligning with the company's core values and objectives
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Guide management and employees in resolving work-related issues in a consistent and equitable manner.
- Manage complex employment-related investigations, end-to-end, including conducting intake meetings, background research, investigative interviews, report-writing, corrective actions, and debrief meetings.
- Partner with managers on performance improvement plans and monitoring progress; coaching managers and employees through corrective action; and documenting as appropriate.
Talent Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees to enhance their performance and career growth.
HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and HR initiatives.
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in handling employee information.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Human Resources or related degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist/HRBP experience is required.
- A working knowledge of employment laws and multi-level recruitment experience.
- Proficient knowledge/ability with all Microsoft Office Applications and using social media applications in recruiting.
- Record of success advising managers on the full range of HR/people issues.
- Demonstrate professional presentation and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly establish effective relationships, collaborate, lead and influence.
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results for multiple stakeholders
- Strong ethical standards and integrity
- Authorized to work in the United States.
