Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Act as the go-to person for HR support and guidance across the organization.
Collaborate with our Vice President, Human Resources, to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals.
Foster positive management-employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a supportive work environment.
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent to meet our business needs.
Support the development, engagement, and retention of our talented workforce.
Implement HR programs and policies that align with our objectives and promote fairness and consistency.
Build strong relationships with HR and operational teams to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Stay updated on relevant employment legislation and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Provide support in change management initiatives to drive business transformation.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
A degree, diploma, or certificate in HR, Business, or a related field.
SHRM designation is an asset or willingness to work towards it.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail.
Practical knowledge of business operations, policies, and regulations.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with HRIS systems is preferred but not required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
