The Position
As an HR business partner, you will support leaders and employees in your assigned areas by connecting people strategy with performance, and fostering organizational and cultural change. Your role will be crucial in driving leadership development, especially among first-line leaders. By ensuring alignment with site and department goals, company policies, and federal regulations, you'll play a key part in our business's success.
Pay and title will be commensurate with experience.

Physical Requirements
Ability to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on the role.)
Qualifications
- Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related from an accredited university required
- May consider an associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field of study from an accredited university with additional two years’ experience
- PHR or SPHR certification a plus
