Boeing Commercial Airplanes' (BCA) Human Resources (HR) Manufacturing, Safety and Total Quality organization is currently seeking a **Human Resources Business Partner (Associate or Experienced)** to join our team in **Auburn, WA!** This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive HR team at Boeing. By partnering with senior executives, managers, and employees, you will have a critical role in driving business value, a best-in-class employee experience and effective delivery of HR programs, services and support. The position requires strategic thinking, strong written and oral communication skills, talent management experience, collaboration, employee relations, independent judgment and the ability to influence others. This position will support both our Auburn, WA and Frederickson, WA sites. **Position Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with leaders/employees to drive the development of people strategies, action plans and metrics to assess progress/impact + Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources as appropriate; influencing process improvement by working with others; utilizing conflict resolution techniques, and making the necessary changes to mitigate risk and ensure employee perspectives are considered + Coach all employee levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture to performance outcomes + Aids in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.) + Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity & inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery + Utilize HR metrics and people data for informed decision-making, leveraging Tableau and Excel for data analysis and reporting + Communicate with HR peers and leaders on site activities The effective candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: + Leadership skills and a passion for creating trustworthy relationships + Development of individuals/ teams to succeed toward their goals + Application of coaching with individuals/ teams and facilitative leadership + Develop strong customer relationships including influencing leaders to demonstrate Boeing values + Effective conflict resolution and employee relations + Data analysis skills that provide HR insights and solutions to business challenges + Awareness of HR strategies, policies, processes, employment law and industry trends + Capability to develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation ensuring alignment to organization objectives and consistently approaches assignments with flexibility, creativity and a positive attitude **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes + 1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding + 1+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions and/or programs + 1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience + Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field + Human Resources certification(s) + 1+ years in a Human Resources Business Partner role + 1+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives + 1+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization + Strong problem-solving abilities and data analysis skills, including thorough ability to utilize and understand various HR tools and systems + Experience with manufacturing + Experience with hourly and union workforce **Typical Education & Experience:** **Associate (Level 2)** Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. **Experienced (Level 3)** Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.
