Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve all HR queries and issues.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with recruitment, facilitating new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Provide coaching and support to managers to enhance their leadership skills.
• Foster positive employee relations and handle conflict resolution.
• Implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 3 years of generalist HR experience, gained from working in manufacturin.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
