Human Resources Assistants/Talent Acquisition Specialists needed for long-term temporary, potential temporary-to-hire positions at large New York City organization. We have several openings in Human Resources. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. These positions are onsite Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.

• Sourcing talent at all levels
• Matching job qualifications to applicant qualifications
• Attending job fairs and recruitment events 
• Maintaining employee files and accurate employee records
• Assisting with new employee onboarding and orientation
• Initiating new employee background checks
• Maintaining various human resources, employment and benefits related files
• Maintain accurate current employee confidential information in employee files
• Performing human resources and administrative tasks
• Preparing and posting job opening advertisements
• Utilizing HRIS and other databases
