Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support various HR functions. This role will be instrumental in ensuring efficient HR operations, assisting with employee inquiries, and maintaining accurate records within the HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with verification of employment and background checks.
- Support a data deletion project and clean up the recordkeeping system.
- Respond to employee questions and manage email correspondence related to HR inquiries.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain the HRIS system (SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with the HR team to provide assistance where needed in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and write offer letters for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Familiarity with new-hire orientation procedures.
- Strong communication skills for effective employee engagement.
- Experience working within an HRIS system, preferably SuccessFactors, UKG Pro, or Ceridian PowerPay.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
Must Haves:
- Experience with employee communication.
- Capability in handling HR administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
