Responsibilities
Actively assist and participate in the development and retention of staff through recruitment, training and nurturing the employees of the nursing facility.
Assist with general office duties as assigned by the HR Director and/or facility Administrator.
Answer telephone calls in a timely and pleasant manner.
Assists in verification of EPLS and OIG for vendors (initial, monthly & annually).
Assists with the administrative responsibilities for onboarding new hires.
Assists with facilitating new hire orientation.
Assists with auditing employee files.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by HR or the Administrator.
Qualifications Educational/Training Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent is required Licensing
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources is highly preferred
Previous administrative experience is required
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and customer service skills
