Human Resources Assistant - Boucherie

The Group Hospitality is a rapidly growing restaurant group, based in NYC. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible HR/Office Assistant to support all admin tasks and onboarding in our Miami locations: currently La Grande Boucherie but expanding!

General Responsibilities:

The HR/Office Assistant undertakes a variety of office support tasks and works diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. The HR/Office Assistant will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Technical and apps savvy is important
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Demonstrates positive characteristics which inspire other team members to meet and exceed standards
• Professional personal presentation
• Communicates information effectively and efficiently
• Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure, maintains professionalism when working under stress
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Highly organized and efficient
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned by the Director of HR and Senior Level Leadership

Essential Functions:

• Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests
• Compiling and maintaining paper, digital, and electronic records
• Processing employee onboarding and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
• Supporting accounting, operations, and HR-related programs including training programs, workshops, and seminars
• Coordinating logistics including shipping, meetings, events, new hire orientations
• Writing and submitting reports on accounting, operations, and HR activities
