Human Resources Assistant I 2nd Shift I Fluent in Spanish - azimuth

Join our client’s team as a Human Resources Assistant and be part of a dynamic HR department dedicated to supporting their employees and maintaining a positive workplace environment. This position offers an opportunity to provide administrative support for various HR functions and contribute to special projects that impact the organization.

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will handle employee-related inquiries, assist with special projects, and perform general administrative duties to support HR, payroll, benefits, and safety initiatives. You will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity in HR software programs and managing security access for employees and temporary workers.

Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:

• Respond to employee inquiries and issues at the front HR desk, documenting conversations and communicating concerns to the HR manager.
• Act as a liaison between employees and operations supervisors, forwarding concerns to relevant departments for follow-up.
• Work on special projects to support HR, payroll, benefits, and safety department initiatives.
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure data integrity in HR software programs.
• Create badges for employees and temps using security access software.

Shift: 2nd (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm)

Pay: $20/h (Negotiable based on experience)

Human Resources Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of administrative experience required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Experience with Microsoft Project preferred.
• Exposure to human resources, accounts payable, or office organization preferred.
