Human Resources Assistant - Good Shepherd Admin - CHRISTUS Health

Summary:

Assist Human Resources with daily activities. Performs a variety of administrative/clerical functions in connection with employment, payroll benefits and human resource processes.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies with appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability
• Serves as a Human Resources representative to internal and external customers
• Takes initiative and uses proper judgment to ensure that attention is given to matters of priority and confidentiality
• Maintains office flow procedures by completing calendar appointments, schedules, meeting minutes, spreadsheets, correspondence, etc.
• Maintains Human Resources counseling log when Performance Improvement Plans are received
• Keeps the Human Resources Manager informed and current on Human Resources concerns and Compliance issues

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
