Immediate Hiring Need for HR Generalist

Full Time $65-80K

Our growing company is looking to add a HR Generalist to our team.  The position will support onboarding, payroll processing, employment and labor compliance, performance reviews, and overseeing company policies and procedures and administrative responsibilities. 

Responsibilities

• Must have a working knowledge of federal labor law including FLSA, EEO, HIPAA, COBRA, ADEA, and others, as well as state labor law 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is critical to being successful in this role particularly when managing payroll, disciplinary actions, and grievance issues.
• Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Occasional travel may be required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Personnel Management, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an HR professional is required.
• PHR, SPHR, or related certification is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business related software
