We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our team.
The Human Resources Administrator will play a vital role in managing HR operations and supporting our employees. This position involves various administrative tasks, coordinating HR functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for helping others and improving workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Help manage employee performance review processes and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related topics, policies, and benefits.
- Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems (e.g., HRIS).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
