We’re seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join a premier Food Manufacturing company in Fort Worth, TX . With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.
Shift and Pay Rate:
1st Shift- 8:00AM - 5:00 PM (Monday- Friday)
$22.00 to $28.00 per hour- based on experience (Temp to Hire)
Primary Job Duties:
+ Assist with all Employee Recruitment events administrative tasks
+ Setup and lead all employees with the New Hire Orientation training.
+ Monitor and track operator onboarding 30,60, 90 program.
+ Facilitate the employee engagement committee during for the duration of the assignment.
+ Coordinate and lead small employee-centered projects
+ Track and manage new employees learning plans in Alchemy. Follow-up with all non-compliant employees and report list to line manager.
+ Provide project support to include coordinate employee communications, review of documents, creation of documents, and assist with minor trainings.
+ Monitor attendance for the new hires during for the duration of assignment.
+ Ensure onboarding Survey are complete and create report for MGT
+ Complete any other tasks as needed assigned by manager.
Minimum Qualifications
+ High School Diploma/GED, college degree preferred
+ Microsoft Office Suite experience
+ 5 years managing busy multi-business function administrative environment.
+ Experience working in a manufacturing administrative environment
+ Experience with Kronos/ADP/HR processes
