Human Resources Administrative Assistant - Spherion

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources team at a production plant located in Eustis. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Spherion Staffing & Recruiting of Lake & Sumter County has an temp-to-hire opening for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The pay rate is $21 - $23 per hour (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with recruitment tasks, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
Process employee timekeeping and payroll information.
Provide support for HR compliance and safety initiatives.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
