Senior Human Resources Manager – Retail
A popular retail company located north of Boston is looking to bring on a Senior Human Resources Manager within their retail division. As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for driving positive change and implementing process improvements that impact HR and accelerate the growth of retail stores across the US. We are seeking candidates with prior retail experience from a large organization, who have experience supporting rapid growth.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop succession planning, workforce planning, and drive strategic growth
- Utilize Workday reporting to improve business performance and identify trends
- Drive workforce management strategies to ensure talent attraction and retention are efficient, productive, and sustained
- Negotiate with and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Mentor store managers, area, and district managers to ensure they are driving engagement and promoting career development in the stores and region
- Stay current on industry best practices
- 10-15 years of HR Generalist/Business Partner Experience within a large and growing retail company
- Experience working with hourly wage employees
- Experience with Workday is preferred
- Project management expertise to manage and execute programs that can operationalize the retail associate and management experience
- Experience advising senior leaders, consulting on HR strategies
- Experience with state and provincial labor laws and regulations
- Some travel to retail locations across the North American region
