**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training & development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for employee engagement and organizational development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Recruitment and Staffing:**
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
2. **Employee Relations:**
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Implement and promote employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve workplace culture.
3. **Performance Management:**
- Develop and oversee performance management systems, including goal setting and evaluation processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on effective performance appraisal techniques.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development.
4. **Compliance and Policies:**
- Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry best practices.
- Provide training and support to staff on HR policies and compliance matters.
5. **Training and Development:**
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Support leadership development initiatives to build a strong management team.
6. **HR Metrics and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on key HR metrics.
- Utilize metrics to make data-driven decisions and improve HR processes.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Previous experience in Hospitality (Hotel/Restaurant) a plus.
