About the Job
eBlu Solutions is a single portal software solution that verifies benefits for specialty medication. The primary location is in Louisville, Kentucky, but it has staff throughout the United States. The unique technology was designed to keep the process moving for patients from identification to treatment.
As a member of eBlu Solutions Leadership team, the Human Resource Manager will oversee the human resources functions within the company. This role involves managing employee relations, timekeeping, payroll, benefits, recruitment, compliance, performance management, training, communication, and workforce planning to support the unique needs of eBlu Solutions. This role will also lead to the fostering of a positive working environment and promote teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Being responsible and accountable for all Human Resources functions, including, but not limited to employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and leadership support and development within their assigned area
- Leads the recruitment and orientation process for direct and indirect labor
- Provides consultation to managers for performance management, employee development, corrective actions, etc.
- Analyzes and evaluates policies, procedures, and programs to identify successes and deficiencies and recommend changes
- Develops and executes in partnership with team members actions to maintain and improve employee engagement
- Plans and oversees employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Handles terminations and resignations and the related off-boarding
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Stay updated with changes in HR, payroll, tax, HR laws, and regulations
- Works closely with Finance to ensure accuracy in HR-related transactions and assist with audit schedules/inquiries.
- Evaluate and mainstream HR process where applicable
- Actively supports and manages within eBlu's Values
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications a candidate must have to be qualified for the role:
- Above 7-10 years of Human Resource Experience
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
- High Level interpersonal and leadership skills; must be able to influence and coach across multiple levels within the company
- Paylocity software experience preferred (payroll, time management, learning management, and performance management)
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a proven track record of timely project completion
- Self-motivated and effective in time management
- Strong commitment to a team environment
- Excellent people, communication, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Physical Demands / Environmental Factors
Standard office environment. Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to communicate clearly.
