Our client is seeking a progressive Human Resources Manager to join their team in West Grove, PA! If you are someone who is experienced in all characteristics of Human Resources and possess a strong foundation in Employee Relations, this is the opportunity for you! About You:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Human Resources
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
In-depth understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR software systems.

About the Job:

Create and execute HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
