The Challenge Awaits As our HR Manager, you will lead the charge in several critical areas:

1. Building the Future

• Develop and execute HR systems and processes that will shape our organization's growth and prosperity.
• Take the reins on payroll, selecting and implementing HR software that will drive efficiency.
• Manage a diverse team of staff members, including volunteers, to create a thriving and harmonious workplace.

• Human Resources Expertise: Proven experience in HR management, including knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.

• Proven History of Developing and Implementing an Innovative Wellness Program
