Human Resource Manager - Career Connections, Inc

Summary:
Human resource manager needed for the internal team at Career Connections, supporting the Gallipolis, Ohio office. Will be a key player in the recommendation and account management process by:

• Serving as a project manager over multiple position searches for a variety of client businesses (both big and small and varying industries).
• Will use a database tool to record notes and track tasks/progress with each search to keep client updated and meet timelines.
• With the support and in partnership with team members, work to develop unique recruiting strategies and then screen new applicants through a standard process to help identify top referrals.
• Conduct and facilitate orientations and interviews (both in-person and virtual).
• Help with marketing and sales efforts by establishing and growing client relationships.
• Other client support management tasks as needed.

This is a direct hire, full-time, position, hiring immediately. The standard schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but hours may need to be adjusted based on client needs/timelines and or event functions. Pay is commensurate with experience. Qualifications:

• Must have at least two years of staffing, recruiting, or human resource experience.
• Account or customer service management required.
• Computer proficiency in not only general MS Office applications, but also the comfort in learning new database systems and applications.
• Experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly desired.
• Must be highly organized and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Passion for excellent customer service is necessary for this role.
