About the Job
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policies and procedures, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Identify HR priorities and opportunities to support the company's growth and development.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of performance standards and policies.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training and development needs within the organization and develop training programs to address them.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on various topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Stay abreast of changes in employment law and regulations and ensure compliance.
- HR Administration:
- Oversee HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least [X] years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
