Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Cambridge, MA with similar specifications to those below:
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to establish metrics and best practices that support a strategic recruitment process
-
Support recruiting and onboarding efforts including sourcing, scheduling interviews, establishing New Hire Orientation processes, and coordinating onboarding events as needed
-
Create, update, and maintain accurate personnel records and human resources-related files including new hire paperwork, manager changes, promotions, and payroll changes
-
Assist with administration of employee benefits plans including healthcare, life, disability, and other health and welfare benefits programs

Supervise, manage, and direct a team of HR professionals

Oversee the annual employee performance evaluation process
-
Provide business support that ensures adherence to HR programs, initiatives, and best practices
-
Respond to sensitive issues and concerns raised by all levels of employees in a confidential, tactful, neutral manner

Serve as an internal consultant to managers and employees providing advice on a range of organizational issues
-
Adhere to information security and privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
-
Train and direct managers and employees on the implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure appropriate legal adherence to relevant federal and state laws related (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, I9/e-Verify, etc.) and company compliance
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree required
-
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, and SPHR certifications strongly preferred
-
6-8+ years of well-rounded Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a management/leadership position
-
Experience and expertise should include payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and supervisor-manager interactions

Familiarity with Massachusetts employment and union laws and Human Resources laws and regulations highly preferred

Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll, ATS, and ERP systems required

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-
Must be an adept communicator with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Ability to tactfully navigate employee relations/performance management issues

Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism

Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
