Farmstead Living is looking for a Human Resources professional with experience in a long term care environment. If you have worked as a Human Resource Generalist or Specialist, in an Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing facility, please apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer policies and procedures, complying with the State of Minnesota laws and regulations.
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process.
• Develop and implement retention strategies.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage performance improvement plans.
• Design and update training programs for new hires and ongoing education.
• Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of HR experience in a long-term care setting
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Confident, direct, and firm when dealing with conflict
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
