We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a variety of HR and payroll functions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Position Overview:
As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our team. Your responsibilities will include processing payroll, assisting with recruitment efforts, onboarding new employees, managing benefits administration, and fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local HR and payroll regulations.
- Support other HR and administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration and HR functions.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus.
