Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Job Purpose: Perform human resource related duties in benefits administration, employee relations, workers’ compensation, training, policy implementation, employment law compliance, and staffing.

Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits and leave of absence programs.
• Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and processes.
• Facilitate training and development initiatives.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Assist in staffing and recruiting efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
