Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to oversee and manage day-to-day HR and payroll functions. This role is pivotal in supporting our employees, advising management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Generalist will be responsible for key HR and payroll functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Ensure employees are informed and up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters, fostering strong employee relations.
- Oversee performance management processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage benefits administration and support employees with benefit-related inquiries.
- Accurately process payroll, ensuring compliance with all regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain payroll records and address employee payroll-related concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement HR and payroll strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preffered.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR and payroll experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HR and payroll systems such as Empeon and Apploi.
- Excellent written, verbal, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently to achieve project goals.
