POSITIONSUMMARY:We are searching for a Senior Human Resource Director to lead the charge of strategically deploying human capital to drive our business forward. In this pivotal role, you will provide functional leadership, collaborating closely with our corporate HR group, key executives, and functional leaders to elevate our human resources’ function. Your mission: to cultivate a high-performance, highly engaged culture that seamlessly aligns with our overarching business strategy.
REQUIRED CREDENTIALS
- BS/BA from an accredited college/university; MBA/MA/PHR or SPHR preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles, including functional leadership in a high-growth, multi-site manufacturing environment.
- Strategic thinker with proven analytical, assessment, and leadership skills.
- Successful track record in defining and delivering human resource programs across an organization of scale and multiple divisions.
- Ability to work outside traditional functional silos and build relationships across all levels of the organization, especially with senior business leaders and executives.
- Experience with core financial principles (costing, budgeting, financial analysis).
- High proficiency with MS Office and HRIS solutions; Ceridian experience is a plus.
- M&A experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Strategic Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner for the President and senior business leaders, serving as the expert on people and organizational matters.
- Implement and continuously refine HR strategies that support our company’s mission and goals.
- Provide proactive, strategic guidance for organizational planning and development initiatives to align the HR agenda with key business strategies.
HR Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and guide the HR team to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic vision.
- Define, shape, and drive processes and skills to establish and sustain a positive team member culture.
Digital Transformation
- Lead the digital transformation of HR processes and systems, leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance the team member experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvements within the HR function.
Talent Management
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Execute effective talent management strategies with a focus on team member engagement, recruiting, performance management, development, and retention.
- Address and resolve complex team member relations issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings.
- Administer training and development programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
- Champion a culture of results orientation, collaboration, team member development, open communication, innovation, and inclusion.
- Manage HR-related risks and provide guidance on legal and regulatory issues.
- Participate as a key member in due diligence and integration activities.
- Establish and utilize HR metrics to measure, analyze, and communicate results.
