About the Job
- Initiate and monitor onboarding/offboarding from the firm’s perspective and the employee’s perspective
- Support benefit open enrollment
- Monitor and manage the Performance Tracking Software (not perform the reviews themselves)
- Work with Management and staff to develop Employee Development plans/ track and monitor and report on progress
- Manage/Update Employee Handbook
- Attend HR training to keep up on latest laws and trends
- Support promotions – communications internally and externally
- Support employee exam passing – communication/tracking/rewards, etc.
