Summit Home Care is seeking a full time Human Resource Coordinator who is motivated, organized and detail oriented.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboarding new caregivers
- Monitoring aide compliance
- Organizing and maintaining files
- Preparing documentation and submitting appropriately
- Handling administrative requests from director
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: annual salary $45,760 – $52,000
- Strong organizational skills
- Must speak fluent English AND fluent Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and general computer literacy
- Experience with HHA Exchange a plus
