Human Resources Assistant
System One has partnered with a company in the Oklahoma City area that is in search of an HR Administrative candidate to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering calls, filing (hard copies as well as e-files), assisting with preparing New Hire Packets and PPE Bags, along with other HR Administrative duties. The long-term goal will be to transition this candidate into a Personnel Coordinator position.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee relations issues and investigations
Qualifications:
- Prior O&G experience preferred
- Experience working in a shop environment
- Strong e-file skills to navigate large PDF files
- Knowledge personnel files
- Willingness to assist with crew checks and safety meetings during downtime
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- 1-2 years of HR experience or administrative experience
