POSITION SUMMARY
Nurp is seeking a talented and versatile IT HubSpot Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following but not limited to; managing data integrity within HubSpot, developing financial reports and dashboards, optimizing lead generation and conversion processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other business tools and systems

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Manage and ensure data integrity within HubSpot, overseeing client information, transaction records, and financial data.
Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards in HubSpot to provide insights into business performance.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes within HubSpot.
Implement and oversee automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and best practices, implementing improvements as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate HubSpot with other business tools and systems.
Analyse data trends and provide recommendations for strategic decisions.
Integration with the CRM and other systems
Building various dashboards, workflows and tracking systems
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Data Integrity Management: Proven ability to maintain accurate and reliable data within HubSpot to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Reporting and Analysis: Strong understanding of reporting principles and experience in analyzing data within HubSpot.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail to efficiently identify and resolve data-related issues.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey insights from data analysis.
Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently on tasks while also collaborating effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay updated with the latest HubSpot features, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Industry Experience: Familiarity with the financial services or trading industry is advantageous.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field. (Preferred)
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a HubSpot technical/administrator role or similar.
Experience in the financial services or trading industry is a plus.
Hubspot certifications (Preferred)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to spend prolonged periods standing, sitting, or walking
Ability to work in enclosed environments exposed to excessive noise, automotive shop environment, and cold or heat
Must be able to lift at least 25lbs
