Responsibilities:
As a HubSpot Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Oversee and manage the entire sales operation process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Implement and manage HubSpot tools to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
3. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the sales team and identify areas for improvement.
4. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and goals across the organization.
6. Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements and implement necessary changes.
7. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and build a reliable sales pipeline.
8. Manage and resolve any operational issues that may hinder the sales team's performance.
9. Train and guide the sales team on the use of HubSpot and Salesforce tools for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
2. Proven experience with HubSpot platform is a must.
3. Strong understanding of sales process and dynamics.
