We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Permanent Hubspot Admin/Sales Support to join our dynamic team in the Software industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Hubspot CRM system and providing comprehensive sales support to our team. This is a unique opportunity to use your skills in a challenging and rewarding environment, where you will play a crucial role in our company's success.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain our Hubspot CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date and readily accessible for the sales team.
2. Oversee the implementation of Hubspot CRM, including the configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
3. Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on the use of Hubspot CRM, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the system.
4. Generate and analyze sales reports from Hubspot CRM, providing insights and recommendations to the sales and management teams.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges, and develop solutions using Hubspot CRM to address these.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Hubspot CRM features and updates, and implement these as necessary to enhance our sales processes.
7. Provide comprehensive sales support, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings and presentations, and assisting with the preparation of proposals and contracts.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Engineering industry.
3. Extensive experience with Hubspot CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
4. Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, and the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance our use of Hubspot CRM.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports from Hubspot CRM.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support the sales team in their use of Hubspot CRM.
7. High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage and maintain a large amount of data.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Problem-solving mindset with a strong drive for results.
