HRMS / HRIS Analyst :

- Administer, enhance, and support HR systems, focusing on UKG / Kronos.
- This role serves as the technical point of contact for system maintenance and configuration, ensuring data integrity, system testing, reporting, and process improvements…
- Support and manage time clock ( time and attendance ) infrastructure
- Configure and maintain Time & Labor modules
- Design and implement standard operating procedures for HR Technology team

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Hands-on experience with time clock / attendance setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting in UKG / Kronos
