Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

The HRIS Specialist will need to have at least 3 years of experience working with in an HRIS system. This person will be focused on transitioning manual data into a new platform and will also handled other HR responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS to ensure it meets the needs of the organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
- Develop and implement HRIS training for HR and management staff.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular review and clean-up.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop and implement system improvements and enhancements.
- Generate and analyze HRIS reports to assist with strategic decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HRIS trends and developments.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Participate in the selection and implementation of new HR technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- Preferred but not required - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HRIS, data entry, ADP, personnel information, and employee files.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in ADP and other HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience in project management and multi-tasking.
- Certification in HRIS or related field is a plus.
