Your Mission
As our HRIS & Payroll Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring our team members are paid accurately and on time while managing critical HR systems and processes. You'll be instrumental in delivering Remarkable Member Service by supporting our internal team members with excellence.
What You'll Do
- Process bi-weekly payroll with precision and timeliness
- Serve as the go-to expert for all timekeeping and payroll matters
- Manage and optimize our HRIS, keeping us at the forefront of HR technology
- Onboard new hires seamlessly and offboard departing team members efficiently
- Generate insightful HR analytics and reports to drive organizational decision-making
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Administer HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive work environment
What You Bring to the Table
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes
- 3+ years of experience in payroll, HRIS administration, or related fields
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
