You Will:
- Manage HRIS-Finance team responsible for daily operations of various modules within the HCM that interface with Financial, Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Human Resources systems; including third-party interfaces and workflows for domestic and international.
- Lead the integration of financial and payroll data, both domestic and international, such as payroll general ledger and Time and Attendance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, identify workflow automation that enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting that include domestic and international employees.
- Collaborate with HRIS-HR to manage configuration of HCM, upgrades, address technical issues, and coordinate testing.
- Oversee regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within HCM and financial systems and workflows.
- Perform regular business process, workflow and configuration reviews to make ongoing recommendations in alignment with strategic decision-making processes.
- Oversee system and workflow implementations and enhancements, collaborating with department heads to ensure project planning, testing, development, and procedure documentation to support the project through completion.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes through HRIS workflow automation and system enhancements using tools such as Alteryx and other custom reporting.
- Lead development and delivery standard operating procedures to document internal workflows and educate Payroll, Finance, and HR partners on the use of workflows developed by HRIS-Finance.
- Oversee customized reports and dashboards to facilitate financial analysis, budget tracking, and forecasting activities.
- Implement robust system safeguards and monitor controls within HRIS-Finance to ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy laws while adhering to company policies.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to financial data management, reporting, and paid time off policies such as state-level and local-level sick leave.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems or related work experience in similar role as HRIS Manager overseeing Financial and Payroll systems.
- Experience leading HRIS implementation projects, system configuration, data migration, and user training.
- Proficient with the administration and configuration of HCM systems, Time and Attendance and 3rd party interfaces.
- Proficient in data analysis, custom reporting and dashboards to support decision-making.
- High proficiency in MS Office suite with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and v-lookups are a must)
- Experience with building automated workflows using tools such as Alteryx and leading designs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and statutes related to employment, benefits, and payroll function including taxable wage and tax calculation, reconciling payroll funding to general ledger files, and adhering to internal controls.
