Johnson Service Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst for our client. Candidate will be the subject matter expert for the clients Human Capital Management system.

The HRIS Analyst will support and manage multiple HR systems, including HRIS (UKG Pro), Rewards Platform, TA Software, and other HR solutions. This role demands a strong technical understanding of HRIS products and processes to support HR operations, drive data-informed decisions, and optimize HR processes. Key Responsibilities:
- System Expertise & Troubleshooting: Act as the subject matter expert for the UKG Pro platform, leading system implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Oversee data governance and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across HR systems.
- Full Cycle HR Support: Manage HRIS functionality for payroll, onboarding, offboarding, compensation analysis, and other HR processes.
- Project Management: Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades, module implementations, integrations with other business systems, and data migrations.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement HRIS best practices to optimize system capabilities and enhance HR processes and reporting.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain complex reports and dashboards, leveraging advanced Excel functions and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Compensation Program Support: Support compensation program administration, including analysis, benchmarking, and annual reviews, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaboration & KPI Tracking: Partner with senior management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward organizational objectives.
- Automation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, reducing manual data handling.
- Mentorship & Training: Mentor and train HR staff and users on system functionality and data analysis techniques.
- Escalation Point: Serve as an advanced escalation point for HRIS-related issues and troubleshooting.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HRIS analytics within a dynamic organization, including expertise with UKG Pro and/or Workday.
- Technical Skills: Extensive expertise in HRIS configuration, data management, and report generation; UKG Pro certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing HRIS projects, including upgrades, implementations, and data migrations.
- Analytical & Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to translate complex data into insights, with experience in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR regulations, data privacy laws, and compensation practices.
