SUMMARY
The Human Resource System Analyst who will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role involves managing HR software applications, databases, and related processes to support the HR department and ensure accurate and efficient data management.

This role involves managing HR software applications, databases, and related processes to support the HR department and ensure accurate and efficient data management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and Maintain HRIS: Configure, manage, and oversee the organization's HRIS software, ensuring proper system setup, security permissions, and user access.
- Support New HRIS Implementation: Play a key role in supporting the implementation of a new HRIS, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Innovate and Improve: Assess the current system, identify areas for innovation, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and maximize the system's value.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to data integrity, functionality, and performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR and business teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet operational needs.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze HRIS reports to provide insights that inform HR and leadership decisions.
- Compliance and Audits: Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance with regulations, and internal policies.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement new approaches and procedures to continuously improve department operations.
- End-User Support: Act as a resource for managers and employees, providing technical guidance and support for HRIS-related queries.
- Additional Responsibilities: Tackle other tasks as assigned to support HR operations and the organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on HR systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
- In depth understanding of HRIS systems which includes system setup and reporting required.
- Experience with HRIS system implementation preferred.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and exceptional analytical skills.
- This role can be Hybrid in KY or IN, Headquarters located in Jeffersonville, IN.
