SUMMARY
The HRIS Analyst performs basic configuration and report writing within assigned foundational people systems/modules to enable the efficient and effective support of the CRH workforce. Works closely with functional areas within the People Division to facilitate adequate support of business processes and workflows through the use of automated tools. The incumbent will promote adoption of the assigned people tools, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements for data maintenance and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support optimal configuration and data integrity of assigned people systems (i.e. applicant tracking, HCM, employee health, time & attendance), create reports/dashboards, monitor performance, and troubleshoot as needed.
Provide support in planning and implementation of assigned people system changes; gather and document requirements, design system specifications, and work with vendors, IT, and stakeholders to meet deliverables.
Conducts testing and documentation to support implementation and upgrades, conversions, and/or interfaces associated with assigned systems.
Partner with department team members to develop job aids and training materials to support upgrades and/or ongoing training initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders on areas for continuous process improvement in the efficient/effective use and integrity of assigned technology tools
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for assigned systems, establishing standard reports as self-service options, ensuring integrity and accuracy of data for decision support and compliance reporting.
Assist in designing and developing data insight reports, presentations, dashboards, and scorecards for assigned areas/systems through understanding of stakeholder requirements, organizational goals, and regulatory requirements.
May perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related area preferred.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience and proficiency using and reporting from HRIS systems such as HCM, applicant tracking, benefits administration, time & attendance, and other related people tools. Must have more than a basic user’s understanding of PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, Kronos, UKG, Symplr: Position Manager, and/or Workday.
