Are you a process-savvy innovator with a passion for optimization? Join our dynamic Global Payroll Team as a HRIS Administrator! This role will be pivotal in driving the transformation of our payroll systems and processes on a global scale. The successful candidate will lead a major project involving the migration of our ERP and Payroll systems from ADP to Oracle HCM. This position requires a deep understanding of both ADP and Oracle systems, as well as expertise in documenting, optimizing, and automating existing manual processes.
As a key player in our organization, you'll engage with team members at all levels, gathering insights and driving improvements that enhance productivity and quality. If you're ready to bring your analytical prowess and creativity to the table, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration project from ADP to Oracle HCM, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to payroll operations.
- Document current payroll processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize payroll processes, reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Finance, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Provide training and support to payroll staff on new systems and processes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ADP and Oracle HCM systems.
- Strong background in process improvement and automation within a payroll function.
- Excellent documentation and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a global payroll function.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and payroll best practices.
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
