About the Role:
Join us in this dynamic position where you'll play a vital role in evaluating, selecting, designing, developing, and implementing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). We're seeking an individual with technical prowess in HRIS systems, coupled with the ability to lead cross-functional project teams comprising HR and IT experts.
Responsibilities:
Identify, recommend, and implement both long and short-term system solutions on a global scale, streamlining processes, enhancing HR functions, and optimizing workflows through technology.
Manage the development of new and existing HR systems and technology initiatives, coordinating system upgrades and configurations, and ensuring system functionality aligns with established processes and workflows.
Independently develop project plans, allocate resources, define technology requirements, recommend automated HR solutions, and establish business cases for HR systems initiatives.
Develop and maintain essential HR metrics to support business objectives, drive key decision-making processes, and identify trends impacting corporate planning and strategy.
Create and maintain complex queries using reporting tools, integrating multiple data sources, and enhancing reporting capabilities with dashboards and KPIs.
Collaborate closely with HR functions to ensure comprehensive staff training on new or enhanced HR technologies, with a focus on change management principles and techniques.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field.
6 to 8 years of relevant experience with advanced knowledge of HRIS functions.
Proficiency in HCM systems with proven work experience as an HRIS consultant or in a similar role.
Familiarity with the RFP process and ability to collaborate cross-functionally, train staff, and develop communication plans.
Experience analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics, documenting processes, conducting diagnostic tests, and audits.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, multitask effectively, and pivot between clients in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for networking, reliability, punctuality, and commitment to client confidentiality.
Availability to travel to local clients as required.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in project management and developing project plans.
