Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and bilingual HR Specialist to join our team! Fluency in Spanish is required for this role, as you will be working closely with Spanish-speaking employees to address HR-related matters, employee concerns, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HR contact for Spanish-speaking employees.
Handle employee relations, including incident investigations and resolution.
Assist with training, and maintaining compliance with HR policies.
Provide support for employee requests and ensure timely communication.
Perform administrative HR tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is a must.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
