HR Specialist - hiring ASAP - Vaco

A busy and growing manufacturing company is URGENTLY looking for an HR Operations Specialist to add to their team. This role is looking for someone with lots of personality, people oriented, and able to work with little or no direction. This company offers causal work environment, growth and a busy environment.

This role is FULLY in office in Vernon, CA. No relocation offered

Qualified candidates MUST have:

• Over two years of HR Support experience
• Degree preferred
• ADP experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Experience with recruitment coordination
• Experience with on-boarding and off boarding
• Being able to partner with hiring manager with new hire orientation
• Understanding of HR compliance
• Managing I9 and background
• Point of contact for HR related questions
• Managing uploading employee information into ADP
• Exceptional communication skills, problem solver and proactive
