About the Job
As a Background Investigations Forms Specialist for our federal sector client, you will:
- Review candidates’ federal background investigation forms for completion and accuracy
- Manage high volume of forms for active candidates within the client’s recruiting process
- Maintain data across multiple systems and steps in the process, for high volume of candidates and employees
- Handle sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Document and escalate issues within the background investigation documentation process to team leads and clients as required, to ensure compliance with project performance metrics
- Retrieve data from various information sources, both manual and electronic, for use in answering questions, responding to correspondence, and/or preparing reports or briefings
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work within time constraints
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as with a remote team
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of work experience in human resources, recruiting, administration, customer service, workflow management or other relevant field
- Alternatively, you may have an Associates Degree and 7 years of work experience, or no degree and 9 years of work experience
- Professional experience in the federal sector is preferred but not required
